PRHA is committed to providing good quality services for our residents, and every year we publish a report for our residents on our performance. Previously published under the name of our “Local Offers Report” we now publish it as our “Report for Residents”. The Report provides information on how PRHA services performed during 2017-18, and focuses on those areas you have told us are a priority for you. The performance standards and targets we work towards are set in consultation with our residents, and the Report includes the targets that have been set for 2018-19.
