Vacancies

We are looking for new team members to engage with residents within homelessness/complex needs, mental health & young person’s accommodation based services and support them to develop their potential.

All our roles will include providing high quality support to a caseload of key clients, empowering residents to develop independent living skills and developing links with a wide range of internal and external Stakeholders. (Unless specified).

All posts are 40 hours per week (unless indicated otherwise) and work within a rota inclusive of evenings, weekends & bank holidays.

This service provides support to young people who have experienced homelessness & care leavers to transition successfully into adulthood.

Heather Lodge provides supported housing for residents with high support needs relating to mental health. Your role will include supporting our tenants to achieve their goals, and to access services including GPs and Primary Healthcare Services.

Edward Gibbons House is our Recovery hub for men with histories of rough sleeping and substance misuse.

1 x Personal Care Worker (Permanent)

£13,260 per annum

25 hours per week (flexible working which includes weekends and some evenings)

This post supports residents with personal hygiene and keeping their rooms safe and clean.
