PIE Bulletin – May 2021

What a year! With huge numbers of people having received either 1st or 2nd doses of vaccines, the country is finally daring to hope that the future is a little brighter. Susan Smith, PRHA Supported Housing Manager talks about PRHA residents and staff emerging from lockdown, what lessons can be learned from the experience and what we take forward to the future.

Rachel Clayton, Interim Team Leader at the Dellow Centre talks to Sarah Halsey, Project Lead  of the Reading, Writing and ESOL initiative. Sarah is running a pilot phase of the project till the end of June 2021 at Dellow,
DGH and Crimscott St. The aim is to support people experiencing homelessness to access literacy and English language support, improve their wellbeing, skills and access to further learning, training and employment opportunities.
