I have always turned to gardening and exercise to help with this – our Grounded Ecotherapy gardening group are inspirational leaders in promoting recovery. We also promote the 5 ways to well-being for staff and residents as essential tips for getting through really bad days and building resilience.”

PRHA will commit to training one person in each of our schemes to complete a Mental Health First Aid Course this year as part of our ongoing commitment to Mental Health Awareness Week.
