We are all affected by the enforced isolation due to the spread of Coronavirus. This kind of extended isolation, combined with the constant anxiety about your health and that of your family, worry about your job and finances, can have serious consequences for your mental health and those around you.

There is also, thankfully, a lot of support online that can help to allay some of peoples concerns and offer valuable advice at this difficult time. The link below is for the Mental Health Foundation who have put together a useful one stop shop to support those who are worried about the whole situation we face. You will find tips for taking care of the mental health of you and those around you and also advice about what help is available if your financial situation has been impacted by the lock-down. Please take a look. We hope that it may be of use to you. Be safe and keep well.
