The Tower Hamlets Healthy Lives team runs the Healthy Schools programme across all of the schools in our borough – primary, secondary and special. 

During the coronavirus pandemic, we are creating this newsletter full of exciting activities and fun ways for you to spend your time with your family. So, whether you’re at home with your children, working from home or a key worker still going to work, there will be something here for everyone.

Hello, Sun! is a celebration of the earth and nature that teaches children to wake, breathe and stretch through yoga poses to greet the new day. There are five activities to integrate sunshine into your day. Although this is designed for groups of children, there is no reason why you can’t incorporate it into your days at home.
