Senior Leadership Team

Fiona has been leading PRHA for over 20 years, having worked her entire career in housing associations/charities - and particularly in supported housing/homelessness services. She has also served on the Boards of several housing associations and umbrella bodies e.g. Homeless Link. She is currently on the executive of the G320 smaller housing associations group.

Karen is responsible for line managing all of the operational, HR and performance departments. She also leads on Equality and Diversity and Health and Safety. She has worked in housing associations and supported housing since leaving college.

Layo manages both the finance and IT departments. She has been working in finance in housing association for over 15 years. She ensures that the Board has up to date financial results and planning information to inform PRHA’s strategies.

Mary has been leading the supported housing services at PRHA for 20 years. She started her career in nursing and then working for homelessness charities. She is responsible for all of the staff and residents in our Rough sleepers, mental health and young people’s services. Mary works in partnership with a wide range of agencies to provide coordinated services for our residents.

Abdi is responsible for PRHA’s Housing management and property services/facilities management departments. He is also the organisational lead for Health and Safety. He came to PRHA in 2017 having worked for several larger Housing associations.
