An interesting Guardian article featuring PRHAs Clinical Psychologist, Che Rosebert.

“Chè Rosebert, PRHA’S Clinical Psychologist has been with the organisation since 2015 and is the lead of the PIE  (Psychological Informed Environment) strategy group. Chè has been supporting staff through facilitating group reflective practice and in doing so, has increased staff well-being and help them to cope with the stressors, strains as well as the joys of working with service users and each other.
