PRHA employs over 150 staff - 85 per cent directly provide front line services

Our priority is to ensure that our staff have the training, skills and tools they need to provide a first class service to residents. We are accredited with the Investors in People Gold Level Award.


PRHA's in-house professional training programmes cover risk and needs assessment, support planning, motivational interviewing and service user empowerment. These skills enable keyworkers to use the organisation's Support Planning system to work with service users and agree what needs to be done to ensure they achieve sustainable independence.

Our staff provide a complex range of services to people who have had very difficult life experiences. We do not underestimate how challenging this sort of work can be. We provide a range of employee support mechanisms including counselling and occupational health.

PRHA encourages applications form all sections of the community including people who have experienced homelessness.


PRHA benefits from the hard work and commitment of a number of volunteers. They work alongside staff to ensure that residents have additional support and opportunities for social contact.

The Association is also governed by a voluntary Management Board, whose members have a wide range of skills and experience.
