Policies and Procedures 

The Association is guided in its work by a set of policies of procedures these range from policies on management of Petty Cash to our Vulnerable Adults Policy.  You have the right to request full policy documents.  The following list of policies and procedures are examples of documents that you can access-please note this list is not exhaustive.  If you wish a copy of any of any of these and others that may be relevant and useful to you please contact your project manager or keyworker.

Review & Your Input

When key policies are due for review or production we set up working groups with staff and service users to produce these key organisational documents that shape practice.  This is to make sure the policy produced meets required need and has a service user perspective.  Please see the Service User Newsletter or the notice board in your project for further information.
